Choosing Promotional Products: What to Expect

Here is a step-by-step list of what you might expect when you choose to work with Antina Promotions when deciding which promotional products to use for your company’s next marketing campaign…

Your company decides to create a marketing campaign that will generate more business and ultimately bring more customers to your location.  You know you want to distribute promotional products because not only are they the most effective form of advertising, they are a widely accepted form of advertising and will more than likely create a more positive impression of your company and its overall image.

questions about promotional productsYou feel slightly overwhelmed, since you are aware of the 100’s of 1000’s of products available and that if you can see it, touch it, feel it, you can more than likely place a logo on it.  Realizing that it will be a waste of time and money if you just pick a random product and pass it along to everyone you bump into, you call our office.

When speaking with one of our Creative Marketing Advisers (CMA), we will listen to you about the type of campaign you are looking to run and how you would like to use promotional products to accomplish your campaign objectives.  We will then ask you a few questions about your company, your target audience, your goals and other general questions about your campaign.  These questions are asked so we have enough information about your company and your campaign to advise you on promotional products that will work for you and to advise distribution methods for your campaign.

Next, we will talk to you about decorating options for your product.  For example, How many products are you looking to distribute?  How many colors would you like imprinted on the product?,  Would you like a two sided imprint if available?,  Do you have an in hands date?, etc.

If you are wondering about a price on a specific item you think you would like to use, this would be the time to let us know, as our next step would be to search for products that meet your campaign’s needs.  We will then let you know that we will get back to you within one business day and you should look for an email from us, with different product options, during this time.  When we are searching for the most effective products for your company and your campaign, we take into consideration your company’s industry, your target market, the details of the campaign, etc.

Within 24 hours, you should receive a presentation with product options inside.  After we send you the product presentation, you will receive a followup call from your CMA to go over the products we sent, any questions you might have and any products that you would like to see virtual or physical samples of.

When we have all the details finalized: product selection, product decoration, distribution method, tracking methods and in hands date, we will place your order.  When your order is placed, our job is not finished as we will need your approval of the artwork that will be placed on your product, your product will then go into production and will be shipped to you – our office notifying you every step of the way.
